Processing is 2-3 business days and allow orders to ship between 3-5 business days.
Once an order is placed, it can NOT be canceled or altered. Please allow 1-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. During holidays and big sales, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped due to our system being backed up with unfulfilled orders. Please keep in mind, shipping time is NOT included in processing time. Once your order has been shipped, standard shipping is 3-7 business days via USPS. We are not responsible for any USPS shipment delays. Expedited shipping is 2-5 business days.
Please make sure your address is correct at the time of purchase. We are NOT responsible for lost packages or packages sent back to our fulfillment center due to incorrect shipping addresses. If our system can not verify your address, we may reach out via email or text to fix this issue before processing your order fully. If we do not receive a response in time, your order may be processed as is. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping costs to have their package reshipped if your package has been sent back to our fulfillment center.
Once your order has been marked "shipped', we are no longer responsible for your package. If you are having delivery issues or you believe your order may have been stolen or lost, please contact USPS immediately to resolve any issues. We apply shipping insurance to every package to protect us in any situation where a package is undelivered.
